Implementation of the Bro-code

Section 1

This section shall define the role of the applicants. Applicants shall be the prime members (or bros) who'll be agreeing to abide by the bro-code since its ratification to its dismissal. Applicants could be of any gender, the word "bro" shall henceforth be considered gender-neutral.

Section 2

This section shall define the role of the nominees. Nominees are the witnesses close to bros, they shall act as impartial judges in case dispute arises. They interpret the meaning of the articles in the bro-code. Nominees must also help ensure that both the bros are abiding by the bro-code. Applicants cannot be nominees. Nominees are expected to care about the bro-code.

Section 3

Making Amendments to this bro-code shall require an AYE vote from both the applicants, thereof shall approve the motion to amend any article, section or a subsection, except Sections 1 to 8 in this article.

Section 4

4.1: Motion to onboard a new nominee shall only pass if both the applicants vote AYE to approve the motion.

4.2: Motion to impeach a nominee shall only pass if both the applicants vote AYE to approve the motion.
